M214 Pair of Canvasback Duck Decoys carved by Captain Jess Urie (1901-1978), Rock Hall, Maryland with original surfaces. Both decoys retain their original weights, staples and rings. Jess Urie made his living by fishing and running charters. He was a perfectionist and all of his birds had extensive feathering and wing painting.
