L87 19th century rocking cradle bearing original red painted surface. Beautiful handmade dovetail construction with cut out handles on each side and an applied round handle at the top. The wood is pine. Circa 1840 – 1860s.
Overall measurements: 39 ½” long x 23 ½” wide. Cradle box measures 37 ¾” long x 15” wide.
