K1736 19th century New England bail handle pantry box bearing original blue paint. Over lapping steamed and bentwood sides secured with small metal tacks. The sides of the box are fitted with a pair of oval stamped tin handle mounts. Fitted with an arched wire swing handle with wooden hand grip.
Measurements: 9 ¾” top diameter x 9 1/8” bottom diameter x 5 5/8” tall.
