RM1447 Early, thick-walled original red painted mortar and pestle with simple turnings. The interior of the mortar and the pestle both bear wear indicative of extensive use. Cracks evident, however they do not affect the integrity of the piece.
Measurements: 7 1/8” tall x 5 ½” diameter. The pestle measures ~9 ½” long.
