K1642 Early 19th century oval Trencher bearing gorgeous blue painted exterior and a wonderful natural patina interior with evidence of significant chop and tool marks from years of use. Circa 1830’s – 1840’s. Hand hewn from a single board – with visible carve markings on the exterior surface. Great wear and patina. Measurements: 24 ¾” long x 16” wide x 4 ½”- 5 ½” tall (depending on where measured)
