**SOLD** J455 Nice, early 19th century Eastern Shore, Maryland original mustard painted worktable featuring a two-board scrub top resting on an apron with mortised and pegged, gracefully tapered Hepplewhite legs. The top is joined together with a shiplap seam which is a typical technique of 18th and early 19th century woodworkers. The wood is yellow pine. Circa 1800-1820s.
Measurements: 40 ½” long x 26” wide x 29 ½” tall
(Apron to floor measures 22 ½”. Overhang of top is 4 ½” on ends and 2 ¼” on sides)
