J233 18th Century Revolutionary War Blue Painted wooden Canteen. A fabulous Revolutionary War era canteen having the best dry, subtle original blue painted surface. The canteen has a turned banded pattern, original dry blue paint and a hole for a spout. American, c.1770-1800.
