H271 19th century Western Pennsylvania region Wax Sealer canning crock with five blue stripes decorating the front. Circa 1875. Cobalt stripes alternate with straight and squiggly lines which adds to the visual appeal of this crock. Slightly tapered sides with wax sealer rim. Very good condition. Measurements: 5 1/8” diameter top, 6” diameter bottom, 7 ¾” tall.
