G60 19th century Lancaster Pennsylvania rope bed full size with the original red paint (circa 1825-40),. This rope bed is larger than most it will fit a double mattress ,Four deeply turned posts having elongated acorn finials and turnip feet; original rails, and rope pegs .The bed has an extra set of rails that was made to lengthen the bed so it will fit a double mattress, hand-forged steel bolts.
Measurements are: with original rails 70 3/4" long x 53" wide x 41" tall
with new rail 75" long x 53" wide x 41" tall
